Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, trails, and athletic facilities
- Operate recreational equipment and machinery safely
- Assist with event setup and community programs
- Perform routine inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support visitor safety and facility accessibility
- Collaborate with team on seasonal projects
- Ensure compliance with city safety regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in all weather
- Basic knowledge of groundskeeping equipment
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Experience in customer service or hospitality
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
