Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds including litter removal, landscaping, and facility upkeep
- Assist with recreational program setup, supervision, and participant engagement
- Operate park equipment (mowers, trimmers, hand tools) after proper training
- Enforce safety protocols and provide excellent customer service to visitors
- Support seasonal events, sports leagues, and community activities
- Complete daily maintenance logs and report facility concerns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient park operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, walking, standing for extended periods)
- Strong work ethic and reliability with punctual attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Basic communication skills for interacting with visitors and staff
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
