Responsibilities
- Maintain park cleanliness including restrooms, picnic areas, and playgrounds
- Assist in setting up/breaking down events and recreational programs
- Perform light landscaping and vegetation management
- Monitor park usage and ensure safety compliance
- Operate maintenance equipment (training provided)
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors
- Support community outreach initiatives and educational programs
- Document maintenance activities and report issues
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—entry-level welcome
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic problem-solving abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
