Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, facilities, and equipment to safety standards
- Support recreational programs including youth sports and community events
- Operate park machinery (mowers, trimmers, irrigation systems)
- Assist with visitor inquiries and ensure positive guest experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak seasons
- Enforce park rules and maintain cleanliness standards
- Document maintenance activities and incident reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Nevada driver's license (Class C)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
- Basic knowledge of grounds maintenance equipment
- Customer service experience preferred
- Availability for weekend and holiday shifts
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- First Aid/CPR certification a plus
