Responsibilities
- Develop and implement remote digital engagement platforms for park programs and events
- Conduct on-site park maintenance including trail upkeep, facility inspections, and habitat restoration
- Coordinate hybrid recreational programs utilizing virtual registration and in-person activities
- Monitor park usage through IoT sensors and remote surveillance systems
- Create digital content for social media and virtual park tours
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using remote project management tools
- Lead volunteer coordination through digital scheduling platforms and on-site supervision
- Prepare remote reports on park conditions, usage analytics, and program outcomes
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Recreation Management, Environmental Science, or related field
- 2+ years experience in parks/recreation or outdoor program coordination
- Proficiency with digital platforms (CRM systems, virtual event tools, GIS mapping)
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience with remote team collaboration tools (Slack, Asana, Zoom)
- Knowledge of Colorado native plant species and sustainable practices
- Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision
