Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds using provided equipment (mowers, trimmers, etc.)
- Operate recreational facilities and ensure safety compliance
- Assist with event setup and teardown for community programs
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety checks
- Monitor park conditions and report hazards promptly
- Support wildlife conservation and habitat preservation efforts
- Engage with visitors and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Experience operating landscaping/maintenance equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of park safety protocols
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
