Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds including landscaping, trash removal, and equipment upkeep
- Assist with event setup and execution for community gatherings
- Ensure safety compliance in recreational facilities and playgrounds
- Interact positively with park visitors and provide local information
- Support facility cleaning and minor maintenance tasks
- Participate in seasonal park beautification projects
- Complete daily activity logs and reporting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to work sites
- Basic knowledge of park maintenance practices (training provided)
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
