Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, athletic fields, and recreational facilities
- Operate maintenance equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with event setup and breakdown at community venues
- Enforce park rules and provide excellent visitor service
- Perform routine inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team on seasonal projects and clean-up initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Colorado driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to complete paid certification program
- Basic knowledge of landscaping tools preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
