What You'll Do:
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of park facilities, restrooms, and playgrounds.
- Assist in the maintenance of landscaping, turf, and irrigation systems.
- Set up and break down equipment for community events, sports leagues, and recreational programs.
- Monitor park activities to enforce rules and ensure visitor safety.
- Perform light maintenance tasks, including snow removal and debris clearing.
- Provide exceptional customer service to park visitors and the general public.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning, trash collection, and waste management throughout park grounds.
- Assist in planting, watering, and maintaining flowers, trees, and shrubs.
- Monitor and secure park facilities during off-hours to prevent vandalism.
- Support special events by managing registration tables, crowd control, and site preparation.
- Report maintenance issues (e.g., broken equipment, potholes) to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with volunteers and community groups to improve park amenities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in all weather conditions.
- Strong commitment to safety and environmental regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment is preferred.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
