Responsibilities
- Perform general park maintenance, including mowing, trimming, weeding, and landscaping.
- Ensure cleanliness of park facilities, restrooms, and recreational areas.
- Assist in the setup and teardown of community events, sports leagues, and festivals.
- Monitor park grounds to ensure visitor safety and compliance with rules and regulations.
- Operate and maintain light machinery and landscaping equipment.
- Interact with the public in a friendly and professional manner to answer inquiries.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid North Carolina driverās license and a safe driving record.
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Basic knowledge of landscaping and groundskeeping equipment is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
