Responsibilities
- Maintain and clean park grounds, including mowing, raking, and weeding grass and flowerbeds.
- Assist in the setup and teardown of recreational events, sports leagues, and community programs.
- Monitor park facilities to ensure cleanliness and report necessary repairs or maintenance issues.
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors and answer general inquiries.
- Assist with snow removal and ice management during winter months.
- Operate light landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License (clean driving record preferred).
- Basic knowledge of gardening tools and landscaping techniques.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
