Responsibilities
- Perform general landscaping duties including mowing, raking, trimming, weeding, and planting trees and flowers.
- Maintain and clean park facilities, restrooms, and recreational areas to ensure high standards of hygiene.
- Assist in the setup, operation, and breakdown of community events, festivals, and sporting activities.
- Operate and maintain light landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Monitor park grounds for safety hazards, debris, vandalism, or maintenance needs.
- Engage with park visitors to answer questions and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License (often required for site travel).
- Basic knowledge of landscaping and maintenance practices.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and teamwork.
