Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds including litter pickup, landscaping, and facility upkeep
- Assist with recreational programs (sports leagues, fitness classes, youth activities)
- Operate park equipment (mowers, irrigation systems, event supplies)
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors and program participants
- Support event setup and teardown for community festivals and activities
- Monitor park safety and report maintenance issues or hazards
- Complete daily activity logs and incident reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Texas driver's license (preferred)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of park maintenance practices
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
