Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, facilities, and athletic fields
- Operate equipment (mowers, trimmers, irrigation systems)
- Lead recreational programs for diverse age groups
- Assist in special events and festivals
- Enforce park safety protocols and regulations
- Perform routine inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Experience with grounds maintenance preferred
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of turf management
