Responsibilities
- Perform daily park maintenance including litter removal, landscaping, and irrigation upkeep
- Operate light machinery (mowers, trimmers) and hand tools safely
- Inspect playground equipment and recreational facilities for safety hazards
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for community gatherings
- Apply pest control treatments and maintain park hygiene standards
- Document maintenance activities and report facility issues
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and able to pass background check
- Valid California Driver's License (Class C) required
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive tasks
- Basic knowledge of landscaping or facility maintenance preferred
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts
