Responsibilities
- Maintain park landscapes, athletic fields, and recreational facilities using provided equipment
- Operate park machinery (mowers, trimmers, irrigation systems) safely and efficiently
- Install and repair playground equipment, benches, and park amenities
- Enforce park regulations and assist visitors with facility usage
- Coordinate seasonal setup/teardown for community events
- Perform routine safety inspections of park areas
- Collaborate with maintenance team on park improvement projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid California Driver's License
- Ability to operate park equipment (training provided)
- Basic knowledge of landscaping and facility maintenance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Pass background check and physical ability assessment
