Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, facilities, and equipment through daily inspections and upkeep
- Organize and lead recreational activities for diverse age groups
- Assist with event setup and execution including sports tournaments and cultural festivals
- Enforce safety protocols and provide visitor assistance in parks
- Collaborate with team members on seasonal park improvement projects
- Document maintenance logs and activity participation metrics
- Support community outreach programs and volunteer coordination
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in parks, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Basic knowledge of turf maintenance and equipment operation
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
