Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds including mowing, pruning, and litter removal
- Operate recreational equipment and facilities safely
- Assist with event setup and supervision (festivals, sports leagues)
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Perform light facility maintenance and cleaning tasks
- Document maintenance activities and incident reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of groundskeeping equipment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
