Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain recreational facilities ensuring safety, cleanliness, and optimal functionality
- Lead diverse activities including youth sports, senior fitness, and community events
- Implement park maintenance protocols including landscape care, equipment checks, and hazard mitigation
- Facilitate customer service interactions with residents, addressing inquiries and program registrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop seasonal recreation programming
- Conduct facility inspections and report maintenance requirements through remote systems
- Support volunteer coordination and community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in parks, recreation, or customer service role
- Current CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in digital tools for remote reporting (Google Workspace, CRM systems)
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings/weekends
- Strong interpersonal skills with community engagement experience
- Basic knowledge of turf management and facility safety protocols
