Responsibilities
- Maintain and clean park facilities, including restrooms, picnic areas, and playgrounds.
- Mow, rake, and trim grass; plant and water flowers and trees to ensure a pristine environment.
- Assist with the setup and teardown of community events, festivals, and sports leagues.
- Perform minor repairs to park equipment and report major maintenance issues to supervisors.
- Enforce park rules to ensure the safety of all visitors and patrons.
- Monitor and manage trash removal and recycling programs within designated park zones.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of gardening tools, landscaping equipment, or power tools is a plus.
- Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
