Responsibilities
- Maintain and clean parks, playgrounds, and public facilities to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for residents.
- Operate landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers, under direct supervision.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of recreational events, sports leagues, and community programs.
- Collect and empty trash, recycling, and litter from park grounds and public areas.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or broken equipment to supervisors immediately.
- Interact positively with the public, including residents and visitors, answering inquiries and providing assistance.
- Assist with light construction or renovation projects as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we value attitude and work ethic over history.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of tools or landscaping equipment is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must possess a valid Oklahoma driver's license (if required for specific job duties).
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions, including heat, rain, and cold.
