Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, including mowing, trimming, litter removal, and irrigation checks
- Operate light equipment (mowers, trimmers) safely after training
- Assist with facility setup/breakdown for events and activities
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors
- Monitor park conditions and report maintenance needs
- Participate in seasonal park beautification projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
- Valid Florida Driver's License (required for equipment operation)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
