Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, athletic fields, and facilities to safety standards
- Operate recreational equipment and machinery after trainingAssist with event setup, supervision, and breakdown
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors
- Enforce park rules and safety regulations
- Perform routine inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support youth and adult recreation programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic physical fitness for manual labor (lifting 50+ lbs)
- Valid driver's license (required post-training)
- No felony convictions (background check required)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification (provided)
- Positive attitude and passion for community service
