Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, athletic fields, and recreational facilities
- Operate maintenance equipment (mowers, trimmers, irrigation systems)
- Assist with organizing community events and youth programs
- Conduct safety inspections and implement corrective actions
- Provide exceptional customer service to park visitors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on facility improvements
- Participate in seasonal park beautification projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Ohio driver's license (required within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency for reporting systems
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends for events
- CPR/First Aid certification (provided during training)
- Pass background check and drug screening
