Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds including turf, gardens, and athletic facilities
- Operate and maintain recreational equipment and facilities
- Assist with planning and executing community events and programs
- Provide exceptional customer service to park visitors
- Ensure safety compliance in all park operations
- Perform light construction and repair tasks
- Collaborate with team members on special projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of park maintenance practices
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Experience with event coordination preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
