Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate department in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email, phone calls, and mail.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date digital and physical records.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, presentations, and official minutes.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule appointments for department leadership.
- Support staff with various clerical duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office setting is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
