Responsibilities
- Manage departmental scheduling and calendar coordination
- Process permit applications and maintain public records
- Assist with community event coordination and logistics
- Respond to public inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Prepare routine reports and correspondence
- Support facility operations and inventory management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of public sector procedures preferred
- Valid NC driver's license required
