Responsibilities
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information regarding city services and employment opportunities.
- Perform data entry and filing duties, maintaining organized and up-to-date records for departmental archives.
- Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and correspondence with a high level of attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure office operations run efficiently and effectively.
- Support special projects and events as assigned by the department head.

Qualifications
