Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming calls and direct inquiries to appropriate departments.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and filing systems for government documents.
- Assist in the coordination of departmental meetings, including scheduling and preparing agendas.
- Process and verify incoming correspondence, mail, and electronic communications.
- Provide general information to the public, visitors, and employees with a focus on excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive government information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
