Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of departmental activities and attendance.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and preparing meeting agendas.
- Process and distribute mail, faxes, and inter-departmental correspondence efficiently.
- Assist visitors at the front desk with inquiries regarding park hours, facility rentals, and program registration.
- Prepare routine reports and presentations for department supervisors.
- Support the team with general office duties, including filing and inventory management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Colorado Driver's License is a plus.
- Understanding of basic government procedures and public service ethics is highly desirable.
