Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry and filing of government documents with 100% accuracy.
- Greet visitors, answer phones, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Prepare, compose, and distribute correspondence, reports, and memos.
- Maintain and update official records and databases in compliance with state regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting materials and logistics for internal staff.
- Process invoices and maintain expense reports for the department.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned to support office efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous clerical or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
