Responsibilities
- Manage incoming correspondence, including email and phone inquiries, with a focus on accuracy and professionalism.
- Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate records in state databases and filing systems.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing detailed meeting agendas.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal and external documents to ensure compliance.
- Support the department with special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of previous administrative or customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
