- Process and track veteran benefit applications using VA systems
- Coordinate with medical and benefits teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Manage confidential records and documentation with strict compliance protocols
- Respond to veteran inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels
- Prepare reports and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Support outreach events to connect veterans with available resources
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 1 year administrative or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal background clearance
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience with data entry and record-keeping systems
