Responsibilities
- Process and maintain veteran benefit documentation with precision and confidentiality
- Coordinate administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and record management
- Provide exceptional customer service to veterans, families, and internal stakeholders
- Support compliance with federal regulations and agency policies
- Assist with special projects and operational initiatives
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year administrative or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
