Responsibilities

- Assist with social media content for community engagement platforms
- Support grant reporting by compiling outreach data and metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in community outreach or customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged
