Responsibilities
- Develop and implement culturally responsive outreach strategies for underserved communities
- Coordinate health education workshops and community events
- Collect and analyze community feedback to inform program improvements
- Collaborate with government agencies and non-profit partners
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and outcomes
- Assist with grant reporting and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Work, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1 year community outreach or public service experience
- Proficiency in data collection and basic analytics tools
- Strong bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish preferred)
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Pass background check and government clearance requirements
