Responsibilities
- Manage and organize classified/unclassified documentation in compliance with federal regulations
- Provide administrative support to department heads and senior officials
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and scheduling using federal systems
- Process personnel actions, timekeeping, and leave requests through HR systems
- Assist with budget tracking and financial documentation
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background clearance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Knowledge of federal HR and administrative procedures preferred
