Responsibilities

- Manage electronic records using VA-approved systems (e.g., VISTA, VBMS)
- Assist with correspondence preparation and quality control reviews
- Support outreach initiatives for veteran services programs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 1 year administrative experience with federal systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to obtain and maintain VA background clearance
- Strong attention to detail with documentation standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week (flexible scheduling available)
