Responsibilities
- Manage and organize federal records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with retention schedules.
- Prepare, review, and edit administrative documents, reports, and correspondence for federal clients.
- Communicate effectively with federal agency personnel and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist in the coordination of meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for federal projects.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive government information and personnel data.
- Process timecards and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a government background check.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support or federal contracting is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
