- Manage confidential case files in compliance with federal privacy regulations (HIPAA, FOIA)

- Utilize SSA proprietary systems for data entry, tracking, and reporting
- Assist in preparing quarterly compliance reports for regional office review
- Support public outreach initiatives including informational workshops and document processing
Qualifications
- US citizenship required (federal mandate)
- Minimum 1 year administrative experience with federal or regulated industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database systems
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance (background check required)
