Responsibilities
- Process and maintain confidential veteran records in compliance with federal regulations
- Coordinate scheduling for veteran appointments and department meetings
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and documentation using federal templates
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement procedures
- Provide frontline support to veterans and stakeholders via phone/in-person
- Assist with data entry and database management in federal systems
- Support compliance audits through documentation preparation
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required (federal mandate)
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in a regulated environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail with 100% accuracy in documentation
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal background clearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
