Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming correspondence, mail, and electronic communications according to federal regulations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential filing systems, including digital and physical archives.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for department leadership.
- Perform timekeeping and leave tracking in accordance with federal personnel policies.
- Answer general inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate personnel professionally.
- Support special projects and events as assigned by the Office Manager.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative or clerical experience in a professional setting.
- Familiarity with federal government regulations, protocols, or security clearance processes is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
