Responsibilities
- Process and maintain veteran benefit documentation with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate scheduling for veteran appointments and counseling sessions
- Manage digital filing systems and ensure HIPAA/GSA compliance
- Respond to veteran inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels
- Prepare monthly reports using Microsoft Office Suite
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and community partners
- Support outreach initiatives for underserved veteran populations
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and background investigation clearance
- Associate's degree or 2+ years administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with federal document management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
