Responsibilities
- Manage official correspondence, records, and documentation using federal compliance protocols
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior staff
- Utilize GSA-approved systems for procurement, property management, and asset tracking
- Prepare and edit official reports, briefings, and presentations
- Provide frontline customer service to internal stakeholders and external partners
- Support records management in accordance with NARA guidelines
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required for federal employment
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience in a professional setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government-issued security clearance
- Knowledge of federal records management procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
