Responsibilities
- Manage veteran records using federal database systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Process benefits applications and supporting documentation
- Coordinate communication between veterans, medical staff, and external agencies
- Generate monthly compliance reports using Excel and VA-specific software
- Provide in-person and virtual customer support for veteran inquiries
- Assist with event logistics for veteran outreach programs
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive veteran health information
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Minimum 1 year administrative or customer service experience
- Ability to pass federal background check and credit verification
- Experience with data entry and record management systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Preferred: Veterans preference or federal government experience
