Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and clerical support to federal program managers and staff.
- Manage and organize confidential files, records, and correspondence in compliance with federal regulations.
- Prepare and process travel vouchers, purchase orders, and expense reports accurately and timely.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain accurate databases and ensure data integrity for internal reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen to meet federal hiring requirements.
- Clearance: Ability to pass a federal background investigation (Public Trust or Secret level clearance preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a government or corporate environment.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
