Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming federal correspondence, ensuring accurate logging and timely distribution.
- Prepare and process federal paperwork, including travel authorizations, purchase orders, and timekeeping reports.
- Assist in the coordination of inter-agency meetings and maintain detailed minutes and action items.
- Monitor compliance with federal guidelines and internal agency policies to mitigate risk.
- Provide exceptional customer service to federal stakeholders and internal team members.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical records of sensitive federal data.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship required for federal contract work.
- High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a federal, government, or military administrative setting is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and government-specific software.
- Ability to obtain a suitable background check and security clearance (depending on agency requirements).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on confidentiality.
