Responsibilities
- Manage and organize confidential federal records and document filing systems.
- Prepare and process federal travel vouchers and expense reports.
- Assist with Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and document retrieval.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for federal leadership.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal compliance standards and agency protocols.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate databases for the office.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required for federal employment.
- Security Clearance: Ability to pass a background investigation; Secret Clearance preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative or clerical experience.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
