Responsibilities
- Review and process veterans' benefit claims with 99% accuracy
- Communicate claim status updates to veterans via phone/email
- Maintain strict compliance with federal regulations (38 CFR)
- Collaborate with medical and legal teams on complex cases
- Generate monthly performance reports using VA systems
- Participate in quarterly compliance audits
- Train junior staff on claim processing protocols
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Associate's degree or 2 years relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to obtain Secret clearance
- Experience with federal databases preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail with 0.5% error tolerance
- Basic knowledge of veterans' benefits programs
