Responsibilities

- Generate comprehensive reports and visualizations for senior leadership and congressional stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to federal privacy regulations (HIPAA, FERPA, FISMA) in all data handling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify emerging data trends and opportunities
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through clear, concise documentation
- Stay current with evolving federal data standards and analytical methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal or government data
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and R for statistical modeling
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with federal data security protocols and compliance frameworks
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to handle ambiguous datasets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
